Visit from Congresswoman Val Demmings

On April 21st, 2022, and in honor of NLPOA's 50th Anniversary, U.S. Representative for Florida's 10th Congressional District, Val Demings, read and placed on record a Congressional Reading honoring the NLPOA. On April 18, 2022, she visited the Orlando Police Department Headquarters and presented the reading to NLPOA National President, Ken Chavez.  It was definitely an honor to have experienced this moment. Thank you former OPD Chief of Police and now our current U.S. Representative for Florida's 10th Congressional District, Val Demings.
